Project Management

Course begins May 23, 2022, lasts four weeks, and includes an estimated 8 hours of work. 
Learners will receive 1 CEU for completion of this course.

Students will be introduced to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting – the basics of project management. The unique challenges of managing a project team are included. The class ends with monitoring cost, schedule, and performance during the life of a project.
